Alright so what is all included, and how to book us ?
The owner of the company as your entertainment professional DJ / Emcee which is properly attired. Up to seven hours of music ending at or before midnight. A stress-free evening of fun & dancing. Pre-event set up - We always set up at least 2-3 hours prior to your guest's arrival. Cocktail hour and Dinner music included *Where applicable, cocktail hour, dinner and the dance must take place in the same room. DJ services ending at or before12:00 midnight. Unlimited no-cost consultations. Comprehensive Five Page Wedding Reception Planner (Allows you to dictate the specifics of the evening + musical wishes & names of everyone in the wedding party) Our LED dance floor Efx. Professional grade Yamaha PA sound system & back up equipment. Additional reception time if needed is $200.00 an hour. Once we arrive, we always coordinate with your other vendors (Photographer - Videographer - Photobooth services) Some venues may cost more due to distance, beyond normal load in & out/ set up difficulty, separated cocktail hour, and dining rooms that satellite speakers are required would have an additional cost. Plus, you leave with Very sore feet at the end of the night because you spent the entire night out on the dance floor celebrating.
Booking our services is very simple a signed agreement & a $ 650.00 retainer reserves your wedding date. consultations & quotes are always complimentary. We can then meet either in person for a no-pressure consultation, on the telephone, or handle everything via email, or text whichever is most convenient for you. To reserve your date it is very easy, contact us. We then will collect the needed information, including (your name, mailing address, contact info, date of the wedding, location, and the time needed plus any additional services that you might need if any) to generate an agreement specific to your event. We will generate an agreement & send it to you. When you receive it just fill it out, including the retainer fee for the amount specified, and then just send it back to us as quickly as possible since no dates are reserved until the signed contract & retainer have been received by us. We will then sign the service agreement, make a copy, and send you a copy for your records. You will then also receive our multi-page reception questionnaire planner.
