  • Up to seven (7) hours of music - additional time is $150.00 per hour.

  No travel fee for weddings within our multi-county service area, listed below
Some venues may cost more due to beyond normal load in & out/ set up difficulty
Separated cocktail hour, dining rooms, and dance halls.

  (Washington island will have ferry fees, and lodging added to the entertainment package)

      Booking our services is very simple a signed agreement & a $ 495.00 retainer reserves your wedding date.

      consultations & quotes are always complimentary.

       We can then meet either in person for a no-pressure consultation, on the telephone, via email, or via zoom.

      

       To reserve your date it is very easy, contact us. We then will collect the needed information.

       including (your name, mailing address, contact info, date of the wedding, location, and the time needed

           & additional services that you might need if any) to generate an agreement specific to your event.

 

       We will generate an agreement & send it to you. When you receive it just fill it out, including the retainer fee for the amount specified, and send it back to us as quickly as possible since no dates are reserved until the signed contract & retainer have been received by us. We will then sign the contract, make a copy, and send you a copy for your records.

       You will then also receive our multi-page reception questionnaire planner. 



Do you need a PA system for your on-site ceremony?
       Are you getting married outside your reception venue on the same property, or in a different room? We can provide music during the prelude when people are first arriving, your wedding parties walk down the aisle, The brides walk down the aisle, music for the sand ceremony, or other ceremony ideas you might have. Also provided are high-quality Shure wireless microphones & an 1100-watt Yamaha PA system for superb sound quality.  We don't offer off-site ceremony services at different locations.
